All home plans, drawings, renderings, photography, and related materials produced or published by Bassett Homes® are the exclusive intellectual property of Bassett Homes. All rights are reserved.

Bassett Homes retains all rights to all marketable material mediums. All clients are hereby notified that it is the responsibility of the client to notify all marketing professionals, prior to hire, that Bassett Homes retains those rights and that any use of plan-related materials requires written permission. Any publication or distribution of such media must retain or include the Bassett Homes® trademarked logo and identifying credit.

The purchase of a home plan grants the customer a limited license to construct a residence from that plan. It does not transfer ownership of the design or any intellectual property rights.

A licensed plan may be used to construct a single residence for the licensee, and may be shared with the professionals directly engaged to design, permit, and build that residence, solely to the extent necessary to complete the project.

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing plans beyond the scope of the license.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring plans to another party.
• Publishing plan drawings, renderings, or related materials without written permission.
• Using Bassett Homes designs to derive substantially similar plans for other projects.

Each additional residence constructed from a Bassett Homes plan requires a separate license. Please contact us in advance to arrange additional licensing.

Commercial use of Bassett Homes designs, including builder licensing arrangements, is available only under a separate written agreement.

Bassett Homes actively protects its designs and intellectual property. Unauthorized use may result in the pursuit of all available legal and equitable remedies.
